Kharkovska Affiliate (Inter-Regional Academy of Personnel Management) was founded in 1989 as a non-state institution of higher education and research which specializes in management and business issues.
Kharkovska Affiliate (Inter-Regional Academy of Personnel Management)
is one of the largest private higher education institutions of Ukraine (around 57,000 students from 32 countries) which offers its students 30 specializations and 132 majors. Over the 18 years of its work, the Academy has trained thousands of skilled management experts – production, business and financial managers, marketing analysts, sociologists, psychologists and lawyers.
The Academy has been conferred the 4th level of state accreditation and has received the license of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine giving it the right to issue state-approved higher education diplomas. The Academy is a member of the International Personnel Academy (IPA), an international social organization, as well as a member of the European Association for University Lifelong Learning (EUCEN).
The Academy graduates are granted state-approved higher education diplomas, which meet the international requirements, and are conferred the degrees of junior specialist, bachelor, specialist, and master.
The All-Ukrainian University is a network of modern higher education institutions of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management situated in different regions of Ukraine (more than 50 institutes, branches and departments).
Each year, the number of students studying at regional branches grows. Regional branches use the same academic curriculum and syllabi as the central President’s University, that depend only on the student’s major and type of education.
Kharkovska Affiliate is a branch of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management.
The Kharkov Branch offers two qualification levels: Bachelor’s and Specialist’s degrees. As an independent branch of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management,
Kharkovska Affiliate is licensed to train students in three fields of study:
Economics and Entrepreneurship,
Management and Psychology.
