Kharkov State Academy of Culture is an institution of higher education which has the 4th level of accreditation.
Over the years of its existence, the Academy (formerly, the Institute of Culture) has trained almost 40,000 of specialists in the field of culture, including 250 for 24 European, Asian, African and Latin American countries. Over 1,000 Academy graduates have government awards, two were given the title of the Hero of the Soviet Union and 80 have state titles of honour.
The Academy provides free and paid education, postgraduate courses, continuing education, has halls of residence and boasts a good teaching staff.

The Academy has an experienced teaching staff. The 28 departments of the Academy number around 200 teachers, of which almost 70% are Doctors of Philosophy, Professors and Associate Professors and 20 have state titles of honour.
